Interesting there is that big of a difference in the counties policies. I am new to this whole thing so I am just trying to educate myself on things outside of California... When you are doing your due diligence do you look for important differences like that? Is it on the county website or ask a local?

Way to go on your third property... It is tough right now to buy in the Chicago vs elsewhere in the Midwest? Is Illinois a renter or landlord friendly state
