What kind of properties you looking to get into?

Owner financing is something to look into with little money down.

What resources do you use to determine market rents? Once deternined where do you put your rents at?

Buying properties through a wholesellers what are you looking for in a wholesellers? How do you determine if they are reputable? What are some good questions to ask when dealing with a wholesellers?

I am trying to figure out where I am wanting to make my splash outside of the golden state. What kind of investments do you own at the moment? What are you looking into getting into.

How does the bankruptcy going to affect the city as whole? Services provided to citizens? What does this do to real estate property values?

Yea that's a tough part about living in an expensive area such as Portland. What are your plans to be able to conduct your due diligence? Where are you looking to invest?
