Just write down all of the due diligence, financing and closing steps and go through them one by one evaluating any new information you get along the way. Thank you Andrew for the well wishes and for reminding me to capture this moment so that I can remember it all - before deals become second nature. I have been using all the tools from BP and gathering more information so that I'm informed and ready to move. I figure if I study the steps all I have to do is walk them out. It's a great thing that know that some day deals will become second nature.
