As I move from learning to putting my knowledge into practical use I will be needing an investment friendly real estate agent to work with. Where can I find them? am in Souther California area Long Beach area to be exact but plan on working a wide range of areas in Southern California.

@Kiersten Vance thank for extending yourself to me. You guys I can use all the help I can get I think I am in information overload and really need to figure out how to apply all of this information practically so I can get moving. I will truly be a hot mess because no one out works Dawna lol you guys rock. I am so looking forward to the day I can share my first success adventure.

@Bhekizwe M. you are so right. I was kicking myself for procrastinating which only happens when I don't have guidance and there are some things in life that we have to just trust will show up for us when it's really needed and step out on faith. 

Something my mother use to say "Success is a funny creature it won't show up if all your going to do is talk about it admire it and pet it. Success only shows up when you're ready to follow it and chase it down." The woman was a genius
