Hi Robert-  I love chatting with investors! Welcome to the game.  Let’s connect! 

I live in Washington State and am looking into investing out of state in places such as Kansas City, MO and Indianpolis. Currently 2 weeks into a 1031 exchange, so looking to move on this quickly. I am trying to make some connections and get some insight on the area(the good and bad) looking for recommendations of realtors, and property managers. I am active in my Local REI group in Spokane, but looking to make some connections over there. Would love to chat with some folks in these areas to push me in the right direction.

Anyone know about Greenwood IN? I am trying to do some market research on the industries that drive the job market in the area. What do people say is the good and the bad about Greenwood?

Hi @Kelly Clark! Great idea, although I would find it difficult to make this happen. I am very much in favor of networking and helping each other find deals, but once a week is a big commitment. Between the Spokane REI and CDA Rei, many of us are alreadying attending two meetings a month. To add another 4-5 more meetings would be difficult. Hope we can connect soon! Thank you, David

Hi Noah- Make sure you join the month REi- Downtown Spokane meeting.  Its a great place to meet other contractors, flippers, wholesalers, real estate agents, lenders ect...  This month we are meeting on Thursday the 25th at 6pm at the Keller Williams building- bottom floor.
