Hello BP!

My name is Robert Kincaid. I’m new to the real estate investing world but not to real estate.

I purchased my first house at 22 and house hacked before I knew what that was. I got older, met a girl, got married, moved and had a kid. So here I am, almost 30 years old looking at real estate to move away from the 9-5.

I have done some research into the investment paths and feel that BRRRR is right up my alley. I am a property damage estimator by trade so I believe that will help on my journey. Given the current market in my area I do worry that out of state investing is more attainable, though not ideal.

I look forward to meeting new people and learning as much as possible.
