Kansas City MO and Indianapolis 1031

I live in Washington State and am looking into investing out of state in places such as Kansas City, MO and Indianpolis. Currently 2 weeks into a 1031 exchange, so looking to move on this quickly. I am trying to make some connections and get some insight on the area(the good and bad) looking for recommendations of realtors, and property managers. I am active in my Local REI group in Spokane, but looking to make some connections over there. Would love to chat with some folks in these areas to push me in the right direction.
