Hello,

My partner and I are in the market for a 20-100+ unit multi-family apartment building. We have access to in-house capital and are ready to close on the right deal ASAP.

Our criteria:

-20-100+ units. We are willing to go higher if the right property is presented.

-Preferably off market

-Primarily looking in Michigan

If you have an apartment complex you are trying to get rid of we are your guys! We don't mess around and are serious buyers.

@Hal Thompson Unfortunately I do not.  We had done it about a year or so ago and I did not save the contact info, partly because they dont give out direct lines to that department anyways.  It's a huge hassle to do it but if you spend 10 hours calling customer service and you catch the 1 out of 20 thousand that know about it you might have a chance at it.  I just say its almost not worth the time.
