Looking to sell a multi-family building? My partner and I are in the market for a 10-100 unit multi-family apartment building. We have access to in-house capital and are 100% ready to close on the right deal ASAP.

Our criteria:

-Value add opportunity (Can have high vacancy, repairs needed, poor management, below market rents, etc)

-10-100 units. We are willing to go higher or lower if the right property is presented.

-Preferably off market

-Purchase price up to approx. $2MM

-Primarily looking in Michigan
