Hi Scott and welcome to BP! Among the many beneficial aspects of BP, the podcasts top the list. I recently moved to Orlando from Cincinnati and I'm also new to BP. The move provoked a change in my career aspirations and I am now determined to be a RE investor. I'm always looking for potential properties in the area and I will move quickly if the numbers are right. Welcome!
