Hello,

My name is Stephanie Fernandez. I currently work as an Business Analyst for Optum. I am 24 with goals of retiring by 30. People look at me like I'm insane when I say this, but I have a feeling that this group of people may not think that's so far fetched.

Let me start off by clarifying one thing: When I say retire, I don't mean I will be in the Bahamas with a drink in my hand day in and day out. I mean, I will have generated enough residual income to surpass the need to have a 9 to 5. I have full intentions to continue to grow different lines of income well after I turn 30.

I am looking to learn about the wholesaling process, and am excited to lean and grow in this Market. I do not have my Real Estate License as my mother is the realtor of the family. (Flor Santana)

Long term goals include flipping houses in the central Florida area.

-Stephanie Fernandez
