Hi everyone!!

Jesse from O-town Fl. here. Brand new to real estate investing. Originally from Detroit. Been in Florida since '05.

I've owned a couple homes but they were for personal use. Have experience in remodeling and new construction. For now I've been in the restaurant management biz for about 8 years now and boy do I want out. I am also reopening my rescreening biz with a partner within the next 30 days ( multiple streams of income right? ).

Main goal is to become a full time investor with 100K annual income. This is definitely the place to make this dream come true. Soooooooo much help and great people here. Can actually feel like a part of a community. I stumbled onto the site while searching the web for no money down educational info. B.P. and Brandons book popped up. Best find ever. 

Have started with some of the suggested reading  and beginners guide. Attended last nights webinar on using the site. After which I could hear " a whole new world" from Aladdin in my head. Signed up for pro and it's all engines go from here.  All in all I'm pretty stoked about getting started. One day I hope to be one of you reading a post from a newbie and being able to lend them a hand. Thanx for reading everyone.
