Hello, I would like to connect with lenders in the Akron area. Would like to find someone who would lend the purchase amount plus the rehab costs... pay back with refinance. If you have any recommendations, I would appreciate it!

My partner and I are looking to do our first real estate transaction, and we are going to start out by doing a fix and flip. We are looking for a real estate agent to help us find the right property. I have studied Bigger Pockets for years and have a decent amount of knowledge about REI for someone who hasn't actually done a project yet, and I am also a licensed Realtor in California, but I am looking to find a Realtor who is comfortable with doing some hand holding as we navigate our first deal, and who is excited and enthusiastic about fix and flips. We are in the Atlanta area, and an ideal location for our first project would be somewhere in the Fayetteville or Newnan area, but we are willing to go wherever makes sense. I am looking to get connected with potential Realtors ASAP, so please feel free to reach out if you are interested or know someone who may be.

I have never gotten a dscr loan yet, but they seem like a good option for certain situations.

Do DSCR loans go up to 90% LTV with no PMI?

If so, does anybody know of a lender that can do a deal like this?

Looking for private money lenders - any recommendations/ tactics to find them? Local to the DMV is a plus.

I have only been finding hard money loan brokers online. Can anyone recommend me a hml investor around western Massachusetts, northern Connecticut? looking for a few points and between 8-12% interest, at least a 70% LTV loan for purchase price and possibly higher for a rehab. I can get pre-approved for the refinance for the HML.

Hi all! I am Gabrielle with A&G Moguls. We are beginners in the realm of property revitalization(fix and flip). We have taken paid courses and have some relationships with HML. We have a deal on the table, but we are trying to see our best options for funding. Private money lending seems better than HML due to the fees associated with HML. We would love to hear about both experiences from you all and also if you could suggest any good HML with good terms or PML with good terms that work with beginners with no experience and small cash reserve.
