Private Lenders without money down

I live in Virginia.

I have been taught that some private lenders do not require money down.

How do I find these lenders? The ones I find online all require some money down.

For a private lender, it's all about your track record and the number of Real estate transactions you make per year. If you have success in REI, private money will find you with or without a downpayment, depending on the specific transaction.
