@Yasin Yazdan Ahmed are you looking to live in 1 unit ? as @Jessica Zolotorofe mentioned the closer to the light rail the better, however there are some great pockets on the east side of town as well, eespecialy in the lower numbered streets, @Ari Bildner you can reach out to me i have a great agent.

@Nathan G. Guys there’s no secret sauce, what’s your strategy ? Seems like most of us this is our issue, also if you don’t want to barrow yourself to wealth why not partnerships ?

@Ricky Si I think that in NJ they announce if and to what the sale is subject To. (Subject to unpayed tax form 10/23/2018, subject to IRS liens)
