I am currently reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and want to highly recommend it to the BP community. It is easy to read in quite interesting and a great confidence booster. For those of you who have read it I am interested in reading your thoughts on the book.

I am new to Bigger Pockets and excited to be here!. 

I have a plot of land attached to a 3 family house I rent out. 

My question is what is the best way to proceed.

Do I first need to have the land surveyed and appraised before selling it?
