Season greetings to you all. love this site. now onto the nitty gritty. I have a property on market MLS# C7245014 since the end of October and nothing much is happening! comps are good, so were not asking more than the current market ( well maybe a wee little more for negotiations if needed) , but were just not getting any volume. we have had only 5 showings. Everyone loves it, but no offers.??? wondering if my realtor is not telling me the whole story of whats going on or is it just a slow time of year because of the holidays? Scratching our heads on this one.

Please look at the MLS and any feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry if this is not the correct forum, but this is what I'm doing now (flipping homes) . Anyways, does anyone have suggestions for getting insurance to protect my property until i sell it? vandalism, theft, etc. Most insurance companies want to use the "  well your roof is to old excuse." among other things. I pay cash for the properties so i'm kind of worried all the time about coming back to a burned down house! lol.

Post: when do you list the flip?

believe it or not I'm a newbie on my second house and I would never sell a house before it is completed unless someone approached me with a good offer.
