Insurance while renovating property for sale
Sorry if this is not the correct forum, but this is what I'm doing now (flipping homes) . Anyways, does anyone have suggestions for getting insurance to protect my property until i sell it? vandalism, theft, etc. Most insurance companies want to use the " well your roof is to old excuse." among other things. I pay cash for the properties so i'm kind of worried all the time about coming back to a burned down house! lol.
