I fired them last year. I had a rental that wasn't renting. When I finally got the keys, I found that it needed a decent amount of work that was not reflected in their reports. When I asked if they had ever been in the house, they admitted that they had not. It confirmed my decision to fire them.

@Dacoda Kincaid you can go about it a couple of ways. Find a realtor and they can help or sometimes Zillow has okay info or you can see the county assessors site. Sometimes just asking around to other investors can help. You can find out what they have done recently and get a feel for prices.

Scott, for what it's worth I had a terrible experience with Bridge in KC. It cured me of the desire to work with turnkey providers. PM me if you want more info.

Marcello, I actually like that area. It's a solid area. Near some not so good ones but the area is gentrifying with some bigger investors making investments in that area.

Vishwa, I do like that part of the Paseo much better than further north on it but you really need to look at the block.

@Vishwa Mishra Vishwa not sure what you’re looking for. But generally the Paseo is one of those streets to avoid unless you are looking for the D to C- area. Especially if you’re investing from out of town I’d look at personally anything in that area before I bought.

I've got one rental with them. Mediocre at best. Poor communication and high turnover on the account staff assigned to me. Will not put another rental with them and am seriously considering pulling the one I have.
