Hi Casey

I have been using them for a year - after being in a similar position to you, not having much luck at all with anyone.  They haven't replaced any units for me yet but the repairs they have carried out have all been first class.  I haven't had a call back to any of the jobs they have done.

Hi @George You, sorry for the delay in replying - my laptop met an unfortunate end at the hands of a two year old!

I do currently have a vacation rental in Youngtown.  It is rented at the moment for $1,000 per month however this is a long term tenant (12 months).  When the tenancy ends I have tenants moving in who will be paying $1,200 per month.  I could probably comfortably charge $1,400/$1,500 per month for the Jan - Mar period.  It is a two bed condo and cost $42,500 in 2013.  Typically all utilities are included in the rent however if a vacation rental is leased over the summer it is always a good idea to put a cap on the electricity as a/c has to run constantly and utility bills can get high.  For example the condo electricity bills were running at over $300 in the height of the summer.

Hi @Holly Baldwin - we use a guy called Gilbert - 623-670-0909.  He is based in the West Valley and does a lot of work in Surprise.  If you do call him tell him you got his number from the English girl in Waddell (he lives near me so he'll know who you are talking about).

As it's a misdemeanor and not a felony you should be ok. The best thing to do would be to call ADRE and see what they say. Good luck :-)
