@Sharai Johnson Congratulations on your own VA business. We have a team of virtual assistants that help us with our operations. There are a lot of tasks that we delegate over to them. It was a struggle at first in knowing which tasks to delegate but once we have identified what skills they have, it became easier to assign the tasks. For us, what we regularly need help is: drafting and sending contracts. Hope this helps! Good luck!

What are you guys using to send RVM? I’m looking for an affordable RVM software that my team can use to contact leads. We have been using Skipio but it’s limited to only 600rvms/mth.

Hi @Jonathan Hagedorn . I hired a guy via Fiverr for our company logos. He charges $50 for an SMM kit. Let me know if you want to chat with him. He doesn't have a BP account but he does have a Facebook account.

Hey @Avery Gilmer ! I have tried hiring via Upwork before but I changed my VA services to a different company. My new VA service has a system in place for real estate. So far so good!

Hey @Allan Smith thanks for sharing this. Yes, way too long! I would rather spend my time talking to a seller, or going to an appointment than drafting a contract which you don't know will be signed or not! LOL. You know what? I just have to share this. I found a company that can draft and send contracts for me via text and email for a month at a very minimal fee! Less than $100/mth! Contract is sent in less than 5 mins! I signed up and loving it so far!
