Hello! I own a virtual assisting company and I would really love to niche my business into real estate. I’m looking for a few people in real estate (doesn’t matter if you’re a realtor, loan officer, flipper/rehabber) I want in! If you were able to give one task to a virtual assistant, what would it be? I’m compiling a list of tasks that I can educate myself on. Lastly, I would love to take one task off your hand in exchange for experience, mentoring & a testimonial for my brand launch.

@Sharai Johnson Congratulations on your own VA business. We have a team of virtual assistants that help us with our operations. There are a lot of tasks that we delegate over to them. It was a struggle at first in knowing which tasks to delegate but once we have identified what skills they have, it became easier to assign the tasks. For us, what we regularly need help is: drafting and sending contracts. Hope this helps! Good luck!
