We have two homes under construction in the Tuscany Hills subdivision in Nixa, MO. Both are approximately 2800 square feet, 4 bed split, 3 bath, 3 car garage, hardwood/tile floors throughout except for carpet in the bedrooms.  Large walk-in shower in the master, granite countertops in the kitchen/bathrooms.  Lovely homes built by a builder with 35+ years in the building biz.

Hi Bill! We have two houses under construction in Tuscany Hills and they're going to be gorgeous! I would love to show them to you :) I'm excited to attend the REI meeting. Dad is the world's best builder (I know I'm biased, but I believe it) but he's not the world's greatest networker.

Hi everyone - I'm excited to find you!  My family has been in the single-home construction business for 35+ years.  We have built well over 100 homes in Bolivar, Springfield, Nixa, Battlefield, and Marshfield, MO.  We have houses under construction in Nixa, MO right now.  We're interested in expanding the number of new homes under construction and get our feet wet on flipping/holding.

I found BP through a simple internet search.  What a wonderful community this is!  I immediately joined and am learning a ton about the other areas of real estate beyond construction.

Don't beat yourself up o your reading comprehension; there are all kinds of learners.  Actually most people aren't good "reading learners" - studies show that most learning is done through doing.
