Hi everyone! From Springfield, MO
Hi everyone - I'm excited to find you! My family has been in the single-home construction business for 35+ years. We have built well over 100 homes in Bolivar, Springfield, Nixa, Battlefield, and Marshfield, MO. We have houses under construction in Nixa, MO right now. We're interested in expanding the number of new homes under construction and get our feet wet on flipping/holding.
I found BP through a simple internet search. What a wonderful community this is! I immediately joined and am learning a ton about the other areas of real estate beyond construction.
