Hello Cynthia, Thank you so much for the welcome email. I see your from Georgia, way back in 1989 - 1992 I lived in a small college town called Statesboro. I was there working on old Plantation houses in the area. I was restoring them and selling them for a profit. Wow 65 properties, I hope to have that same problem one day. Well only if they will make me profit.

Thank you again Cynthia, maybe one day we can do some business. I would like to connect with you, when the opportunity comes up I would like to show what properties I have worked on, or have to wholesale.

I was not able to read the article you mentioned, I am not a member of Iman.

However I do feel better knowing that investors will be fine. I am not one who easily quits. I just know there is always a way around things when you can not go through them.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Brian Evans. I am a licensed general contractor here in Texas. I originally received my license from California back in 86. I currently live in Montgomery Texas, for the last 18 years. I am planning to move to Willis TX where I purchased a house which I will live in and rehab it over the next few years.

I have done many rehabs for various investors in my area. I have also done many remodeling and rehab jobs for local homeowners.

I just recently decided I wanted to get into RE investing full time. My main reason for this is to set up a portfolio of houses I hope to own and create an income stream. I am doing this to set up a retirement for myself and my family.

My plan is to do some wholesaling, with a bigger emphasis on flips as my main source of income. 

I have made some connections with private lenders, who want to financially back my deals. I am always looking for more. 

At this writing, I am in constant search for my very first deal.

I hope to be able to connect with as many of you as I can. I also hope to be able to do some deals with as many of you too.

Hello My name is Brian Evans,

I am a general contractor with over 25 years experience in all phases of construction. I am in search of distressed properties, I can purchase with cash, rehab the property and then sale.  So if your a wholesaler and have access to the type property I am looking for. Then please contact me. I would also deal directly with homeowners too. I would like the properties to be North of Houston, but I will do some in the Houston area depending on its location. I was talking with a Real Estate agent friend of mine. He said after the 3RD of October, the government wil be more involved with the buying and selling of houses. That the typical closing time will more than double. He said this may put investors out of business.

I just made the move from a full time contractor to a full time investor. As of yet I have not found a deal to start with. So this statement really has me worried.

Can anyone help me understand this.
