I am a general contractor with over 25 years experience in all phases of construction. I am in search of distressed properties, I can purchase with cash, rehab the property and then sale.  So if your a wholesaler and have access to the type property I am looking for. Hello Cynthia, Thank you so much for the welcome email. I see your from Georgia, way back in 1989 - 1992 I lived in a small college town called Statesboro. I was there working on old Plantation houses in the area. I was restoring them and selling them for a profit. Wow 65 properties, I hope to have that same problem one day. Well only if they will make me profit.
