Hello My name is Brian Evans,

I am a general contractor with over 25 years experience in all phases of construction. I am in search of distressed properties, I can purchase with cash, rehab the property and then sale.  So if your a wholesaler and have access to the type property I am looking for. Then please contact me. I would also deal directly with homeowners too. I would like the properties to be North of Houston, but I will do some in the Houston area depending on its location.
