Hello Everyone,

My name is Brian Evans. I am a licensed general contractor here in Texas. I originally received my license from California back in 86. I currently live in Montgomery Texas, for the last 18 years. I am planning to move to Willis TX where I purchased a house which I will live in and rehab it over the next few years.

I have done many rehabs for various investors in my area. I have also done many remodeling and rehab jobs for local homeowners.

I just recently decided I wanted to get into RE investing full time. My main reason for this is to set up a portfolio of houses I hope to own and create an income stream. I am doing this to set up a retirement for myself and my family.

My plan is to do some wholesaling, with a bigger emphasis on flips as my main source of income. 

I have made some connections with private lenders, who want to financially back my deals. I am always looking for more. 

At this writing, I am in constant search for my very first deal.

I hope to be able to connect with as many of you as I can. I also hope to be able to do some deals with as many of you too.
