Hi Peter - our meet ups are designed to provide an opportunity for open discussion amongst a group rather than having a speaker come in to talk about a particular topic. 

In the past, we’ve had monthly themes but we’re going to have an open discussion this time around. Overall, we’re simply trying to provide a casual place for investors in the area to get together and help each other learn and grow.

Dan,  We do buy leads,  do email marketing and call calling suing VAs, We also get a lot of leads with a referral program,  social media finally is starting making leads for us, and when I buy a property using an agent, I do not ask for commission I prefer to get the deal rather than the 3% commission,  those happy agent have been giving me deals for years 

 Carlos, those sound like great techniques. I’m surprised you didn’t mention anything about Direct Mail 

@Carlos Zapata, thanks for the tip - I may just give them a trial run to get a feel for the type of leads I end up getting. What are your top 3 marketing techniques that are working best for you right now? I know you have a really successful business running right now so I’d love to hear more about what you’ve found works best for you

Jonathan McGee , it turns out that this individual does not yet have a website in my market (or state, for that matter). You bring up a good point though... perhaps it would be worthwhile to sign a contract ensuring exclusive access to the leads generated via the website.
