Congrats on getting your license and starting you life in real estate. What areas of CT are you focusing on? There are quite a few investors from CT on here so I'm sure there will be at least a few in your area. Good luck!

If they pick up your call and just listen and don't say a thing thats really weird and kinda creepy. That being said, I would keep calling and talk to the dead air on the other end. Introduce yourself, let them know why you're calling, what you do, send them a nice letter or note. Hopefully something you say will strike a chord with them. If they don't respond at any point, maybe give them a little time and repeat with a little less frequency.
