Hi every does anyone have any experience with rehabbing a 100 year old house.. The house that I am considering was built 1905 electric and plumbing is updated but floor plan is a lot of walls and fireplaces. A lot of original crown molding, solid wood doors, bone of the house in excellent condition. Is it necessary to make all rehabs a open concept.

Should I hire a designer for an opinion, or get a partner with experience.

Need help!!!!

hey guys, just looking for encouraging words, wisdom, and opinions. I have been educating myself on the investing market and involving in real estate training and group meetings. I feel like I'm ,playing jump rope", meaning the rope is turning and I am looking for the right time to jump in. Anyone reading, can you tell me how long it took before you did your first deal, fix and flip, or rental property, and how did you prepare for it? How did you know you were ready?

In my rehabbing houses venture I am trying to find the best ways to manage my budget . I see that a lot of dumpsters in my area are $500 + plus addition fee to haul way. Does anyone have a take on using the waste management Bagsters instead of using the traditional dumpster. Has anyone had any problems with these bags and/or preference .
