Great thread. I reached out to this company earlier this year and didn't get a great feeling from them. My POC was Larry as well ironically and like others stated communication could have been better. I opted not to pursue this when I couldn't get good pictures. I only got 1 pic (a bad one at that) and was unable to get anything else. I think I was too much work for them because I had lots of questions and concerns and I never heard back from Larry after trying to get the information I was requesting. 

That is awesome! I am in VA and have considered that area but just don't know enough about it yet.

I am not in a financial situation to where I need the losses but if someone was doing this maybe their strategy is long term and once paid for it is passive income. Again, not for me but...

Nice read! I have considered doing turnkey but opted not to since I like to be kind of hands on. Instead I have learned to be patient to find a deal that I think is worthwhile.

I am in no way an expert but it appears to me that you make money on this. If you finance, your loan will be for 104k (20% down) which means a payment around $500-600 depending on rates/credit score. This doesn't include taxes, insurance, repairs, property management and such.
