@Zack Elaroussi I use Innago to screen tenants in multiple states. Give them a try, I know they work in all 50 states.

@LaMarr Taylor I checked them out when I was doing my initial research, but I ended up using Innago. It is totally free on our end and has great customer support.

@Greg Todrank I never have, but I saw this as a common theme during the summer. I think things are getting back to normal though, and people are not waiving inspections anymore.
