What are ways you are using or have been using systems to automate your real estate and your business? What kind of systems are most helpful? How do you go about establishing these systems in your business?

 Good morning Matthew,

Here are the most helpful tools we've used in our business:

  • Calendly: save a ton of time from back and forth communication for scheduling appointments/calls.
  • Slack & Asana: project management software that makes it easy to communicate with team members and keep everyone on the same page. Easier to track and update than email threads and other forms of communication.
  • KV Core (or CRMs in general): helps us keep track of all past, current and future clients.
  • Click2mail or similar mail automation services: I use another platform called mailbox power (formerly 'banner season') and I've read some BP posts about other platforms for mail marketing.
  • Zapier: for platform integration. Great for automating the communication between apps. Saves you a ton of time!

Hope this helps, all the best!

Abel
