Hello Bigger Pocketiers! I've been listening to the podcast for almost a year and I finally decided to get up on the forms recently. I haven't yet bought my first rental property but I am getting closer every day. If anyone out there is or knows of a realtor in or around Adrian Michigan area please leave a comment or message me about them. It would be a great help to me, thanks!

Some smaller used planes aren't much at all maybe 20-40k but my main concern is the upkeep cost. Annual inspections and overhauls are costly especially with larger or older aircraft. That's why my idea was to first get a rental property or two to pay off the loan, I don't need to buy the aircraft outright.

Hello again Bigger Pocketiers I have yet another question for you. I am a pilot with low hours (under a hundred), pilots with such low hours do not have the requirements to fly professionally. The best way to gain hours after school would be to either rent a plane, join a flying club or buy a plane with some friends. All of these options are expensive, but cheapest way in the long run is to buy one. But I still don't have the income requirements to get a plane that would be appropriate use. So I plan on buying a house to rent so I can support this huge expense that will help me in the long run. What are your thoughts on the idea, I realize not everyone here is a pilot but any input is appreciated.

Hello Agian Bigger Pocketiers! All my life I have struggled to be a patient person. I don't like waiting in line, I hate traffic, and if you ask me to take a number I'll loose my mind! There must be sombody out in the BP community that hates waiting as much as I do, how do you remedy this? I don't want to rush into a bad investment but I hate waiting on the side line a watching as other investors take "my money" and use MY future tenants to pay THEIR bills. Please advise and thanks for any advice!

Hello again Bigger Pocketiers! Okay, so I know this will sound very naive coming from a new investor but I have to ask. Almost all the concepts that I've encountered are for the most part very simple, or at least sound simple coming from the experts. So what makes investing so hard? Please don't hate on me; what I'm really asking is, what is the hardest part of real estate investing for you? The real people who are out there hustling every day making sales, renting out, and buying properties. Thanks again!

Hello Bigger Pocketiers! Hello again Bigger Pockets, I once again have a question for this wonderful community. As a person with a business oriented mind I find myself drawn into real estate such as multi family and commercial buildings. I understand the basic ideas behind these types of investments and the core concepts. But what advice would you give someone who is relatively new to real estate investing jumping into these types of properties? Thanks again I'm advance

Hello Bigger Pocketiers! My name is Daniel and I am generally new to real estate. I have no investments YET but I've been doing personal reasurch for the past year or so. I've been doing what everyone says witch is to tell everyone what I am interested, mostly multi family rentals, and I've gotten mixed feedback of course. I will spare you the long story but recently I was aproched by an old friend from highschool who comes from a "well off" family. Both he and his brother are also interested in real estate like us. We have a standing meeting this weekend while they are in town and it was implied that we would talk about investing and my thought would be to start a partnership. But before we start talking deals and numbers my question for the community is, how do I know we are the right match together? What kinds of questions do I need to be asking? How do I bring up this kind of conversation? Any comments would be tremendously appreciated by me so feel free to tell your story or just leave some advice. Thankyou all your help!
