Hello Bigger Pocketiers! Hello again Bigger Pockets, I once again have a question for this wonderful community. As a person with a business oriented mind I find myself drawn into real estate such as multi family and commercial buildings. I understand the basic ideas behind these types of investments and the core concepts.
