Buying a house to buy a plane

Hello again Bigger Pocketiers I have yet another question for you. I am a pilot with low hours (under a hundred), pilots with such low hours do not have the requirements to fly professionally. The best way to gain hours after school would be to either rent a plane, join a flying club or buy a plane with some friends. All of these options are expensive, but cheapest way in the long run is to buy one. But I still don't have the income requirements to get a plane that would be appropriate use. So I plan on buying a house to rent so I can support this huge expense that will help me in the long run. What are your thoughts on the idea, I realize not everyone here is a pilot but any input is appreciated.
