I did just look at my last post it was horrible.

I wasn't paying close enough to my typed rant it was more about what I had to say. I too like you guys have found much of the same kind of treatment. However I am sill amazed at the potential that I believe this forum has. Would you be interested in talking about this some more in a private setting.

What if Getting together in an effort to secure a larger portion of the market share. Helped Things I mean a hungry, reasonabably like mined group of varying individuals, with vary skills, likes, and dislikes. A group of individuals with marketable skills that we could focus on in an effort to try to help the most people possible, the best ways possible as well as help ourselves through the process. OR MAYBE really helped things. Are there any interested takers? OR DO I JUST SOUND LUDIDRIS?

Newbie Massachusetts wholesaler in mainly Norfolk, Bristol, and Plymouth Counties. Is looking to make a name for himself. I aim to please. You take the time to tell me what you're looking for, where you're looking for it, what you want it for, how soon you want it, as well as anything you don't want that count's as a deal breaker. I'll bust my *** nearly 24-7 to get the job done. My fee is always dependent upon the job and is always negotiable.

Hello everybody I live in Raynham, MA. That's in the southeastern part of the state. I'm new to the site But I'm sure as hell not new to the area. I was born in TN but I've lived in MA most of my life. I'm an intensely dedicated, massively motivated, newly new wholesaler. I'm in need of team. I'm looking to learn the ropes from the right people. I want to learn the most, the fastest, from the best. I know I can earn my weight if I'm given a chance. I'm a firm believer in what goes around comes around. Karma is King! It is my goal to give as much as I get..............as fully freely and effortlessly as possible.

Hi Nate I'm so new to BP(few days). It feels funny saying "Welcome"

Thanks Rob, I appreciate the advice.

The investor does their own Kitchen and Bath design and layouts. They complete a property analysis of each rehab to develop a manageable budget and successfully maintain throughout each project. They also complete General Contracting, Frame to Finish Carpentry, Tile Work, Hardwood Flooring Installation sand and finish, Frame to Finish Carpentry, Blue Board Hanging and Plastering, Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC. As long as the numbers worked they wanted to buy. It didn't matter if there was $5,000 or $30,000 to be cleared on the deal.

I wish I had started surfing this site from the "start here", and "new members introduction" page. I can't go back and do it over but I wish I had read more BP material before I started posting anything. This would've been an entirely different experience! I was so excited with the idea of asking questions I rushed into posting, and asked some really weak questions. lol on me.

I am a newbie wholesaler(as in days old) and I have already secured a local cash buyer in Massachusetts. They purchase an average of 35 homes a year and can close in 7-10 days.

We've talked on the phone and I've identified all of their purchasing criteria.

It went great and I'm really excited now!

They only have a few buying requirements: Norfolk area, Single family residential, No well water, tied in to town/city sewage or must pass Title 5, and no more than roughly $300,000 purchase price.

Their criteria is really wide open though. Any bed & bath combo, any size house, any size lot, any almost everything. I'm not sure the of quickest, and best method to search for his next investment.

PLEASE ADVISE
