@Patrick Adam Yes and it can slow down a bit in the winter. That's opposite of S Florida btw.

@Matt Groth I don't completely buy your analogy. When an actual blimp flies out over my city and a drone delivers an Amazon package to my door, I'll rethink. I've been hearing that was coming for YEARS.

@Scott Kimberly If I remember correctly, there was a poll on this site a few years ago and something like 90% of respondents had done 2 deals or less. Ymmv.

@Hanah Frickers Eh I wouldn't necessarily say that. It's a balance. I may be lucky in that I live in a relatively small community and my agent is actually someone I consider a friend outside of the game. I just prefer to work with an agent I know and trust.
