I'm new to Jacksonville, and realize that there are quite a few condos for sale in Jacksonville Beach. Is Jax Beach a legitimate tourist spot? Is a year round AirBnb realistic for this area?

On June 27th, 5:30pm, city hall, there is a Jax beach short term rental meeting for public input FYI
