Hey Nathan,

I've actually bought 17 properties out-of-state and it can be tricky who to trust. There are many turnkey providers that are quite reputable. I've never been "burned" but I guess that can be open to interpretation on what burned means. I have certainly had bad experiences with property management companies not fulfilling their duties.

Thanks, Damon

Hi Carissa, I just sent you a friend request. I’m a local investor from pearland.  Happy to connect with you and answer any questions you may have. Best, Damon

Hello BP Community,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a time keeping App for Real Estate Professionals that can use as a daily tracker for the minimum of hours needed?

Thanks,

Damon

I hate to admit it but Jeph is spot on. I think there should be different stages to the meetups - newbie investors (0-5 deals done), intermediate (6-20 deals), then advanced (20+ deals)...or something like this. It's a bit frustrating trying to get someone motivated and comfortable to pull the trigger on the first deal. And then again, it's probably frustrating to people like Robert Kiyosaki to get people like me to pull the trigger on a $10M deal. I'd go if I knew that I can meet and partner with someone serious to do a deal...otherwise it's a waste of time.

Hi Tyler, I am a local investor in Pearland. About 5 years ago I was in your shoes. I’m happy to have a discussion with you - either by phone of over coffee. The good news is that there are many folks in Pearland that are new to investing and are now doing deals. I would set up a key word alert for Pearland and get involved with some of the meet ups.

Best,

Damon
