How do I navigate bigger pockets to Find Local Investors

I need to find real estate investors that are located in the Houston area, more specifically: Friendswood, Pearland, Alvin, Webster or League City. I am going to be purchasing my first deal soon and need to find all of my locals who are doing the same thing as me. I need to expand my network and am unsure of how to find those people using this app.

@Carissa Meek- I am from Friendswood, lived in Pearland and developed over 1m sq ft there, and now live just outside of Alvin and focus on development and old old old house restoration and some commercial repositioning.

Feel free to reach out with any questions. I never mind answering anything I can add some value to, but not a fan of wasting time on tire kickers. i.e. I don't wanna make money off you, I want you to do something with the time I invest in your journey.

TONS of great info here, and TONS of BS, the key to success is figuring out which is which. (*here meaning BP and the internet in general)

You will do big things as long as you keep doing things.
