What are the best options to get small loans for cheaper properties that are less than $50,000 in value . There a lot of banks that have that number as threshold . Also who are the ones that are Investors' friendly ?? Some don't loan for condos that have a lot of investors concentration !!

Ok guys , game changed fast . This is a great deal if the seller is correct about the numbers . He is asking $600 k quick cash closing . House is worth $850k to 1 Mil. No need for repair   .

Finding a really good deal is the essence of the game , at least these days . Everything will fall into place easily after that ...

Seller is not motivated to sell at discount for now .  I will let you know when and if things change .
