Is there any motivated sellers ??
Is it me , my market , or is it the way it is supposed to be ?
I've been marketing to find some motivated sellers . I did both direct mail as well as online PPC marketing . I got around 15 to 20 calls so far . The problem is that non seemed to be really motivated . My target audience were mostly absentee owners and probate cases . They asked either retail price and seemed that they wouldn't budge or even worse , a lot of them asked for more than retail market price .
Am I doing something wrong or is it a matter of time ? Should I change something or is it still early ??
Anyone else having the same experience these days ?? I know it is harder to get deals these days but I didn't know it is that hard :(
