Hey Bigger Pockets community! I'm Jeremy Sloane, from West Palm Beach, FL. I am a licensed Realtor and building contractor and have been in the business of real estate/construction for about 7 years. I have been wanting to get involved in the investment side of the industry for a while and am finally ready to take the leap. My fiance and I are currently interested in both flipping and the long-term hold strategies, but also open to other niches as well. 

I am excited to be a part of the BP community and look forward learning from other's  experiences and sharing my knowledge as a contractor/Realtor.

Welcome to BP Jeremy. I am also in West Palm Beach and as a suggestion I recommend attending some REIA meetings to get to know like minded people. I am a member of the Tropical REIA which is a national REIA in Boynton Beach. They meet once a month and this Thursday is our meeting. Look me up if you go to this one this week. Linda Willis founded it and is also a BP member. This months speaker is about Re-Habbing and the costs involved and pitfalls to avoid. Hope to see you there.
