Silly question, do I refinance as a portfolio loan or just one property at a time?  I purchased those properties from foreclosure just last year and did lot of work to them; I owned them almost a year now

I'm currently looking to buy a multi family in mid HV area Pok, Wappingers and Hyde Park area and my issue is financing.

All of my $$ is tie to my investment; I owned 3 sfr outright no mortgage and they are under my newly formed LLC. My conservative estimate for these 3 properties about $500K.

Can anyone guide me or share their thoughts.
