I would like yo do BRRRR but I have all my $$ tied up wth my rental

just closed on my first Hubuz.com today; the listing agent suppose to get the water meter reading before closing since hes nowhere to be found and it was less $30 bill I just let it go

other than that issue; it was not bad experience

I just purchased a property expecting to close next week

Hubuz.com is ok; my experience is not bad and not great 

I believe if you do not reply back to them within 48 hours

They will put the property back on bidding again

I hope that helps; at least that what the hubuz person told me

@Voytek Branach I have the same question as well, I know you can do a search with your town hall and see the deeds information and violations and thats about all I know
