I was an investor before getting my real estate license , and I learned nothing more from the pre-licensing course.

Look at Networking events on BP and on meetup.com.  I facilitate meetings for Hobby Millionaire Charlotte and would love to see you at our meetings.

Look at Networking events for Charlotte.  I facilitate many Hobby Millionaire Charlotte meetings, held 3 days each week plus a monthly meeting.  The group always has a need for good electricians.

Nothing like spending time and having dinner with a group a like minded real estate investors. This is a cooperative business space, and we enjoy meeting new people weekly! Bring your questions, services, deals, and an open mind to always learn!

Bring your flyers for the SHOW ME THE MONEY table - These flyers should be for property projects that are looking for funding & also funding flyers for those looking to lend out funding.

Bring business cards.

Bring Vendor service flyers for the vendor table.
