Hello!

My name is Brian Miller I currently looking to purchase my first rental property.  Down payment is taken care of & I am currently just learning as much as possible. Reading, listening, & now hopefully networking. Once I make a few contacts I will start the search process.

Maybe someone can help me with a question that has been brewing for me awhile:

Is that is it worth it to get my Real Estate license? What are the positives/negatives to doing this?

Hope to start connecting soon. Open to any advice!

Thanks!

Brian
