@Satya Chaganti Columbia is good. Not much in Thompson Station. You can find some stuff in The Boro and Spring Hill just not much. You can find some that are in bad shape in The Boro. But it is saturated.

Lebanon, Dickson, Columbia, Manchester, Tullahoma all are good area for cash flow and ROI.

Murfreesboro is a good market but pricing is increasing at a very fast rate over the past five years. Coffee Co. And Maury Co will be better buys.
