Our current strategy points to Murfreesboro TN as the ideal location based on our initial research but would be open to further discussion or pivoting our current plans if data supports other areas with greater opportunity. I’m from Murfreesboro/Smyrna area and have had a few properties in Murfreesboro for since 2014.  If your strategy, is to hold rental property, I recommend following the 1% rule or better. That is becoming hard to find in Murfreesboro core. Try the outskirts or look in Shelbyville, Columbia, or one of the nearby smaller nearby cities that haven’t had as much appreciation yet.
